What we need from you:

Completed MSM Submission Sheet

Loan Lock or Lender’s prequal

Completed 1003

Credit report

Signed disclosures, including Borrower’s Authorization and State specific disclosures

That is the minimum. You can speed the process by also including:

Paystubs covering past 30 days

W2’s or 1099’s for past 2 years

Recent mortgage statement

Purchase contract

Landlord or HOA name and phone

Photo ID’s & proof of Social Security #

Hazard info

Any other docs you know will be needed.

What we do:

Within 24 hours, the file will be stacked, entered, and reviewed. Title and appraisal will be ordered. You will be contacted.

Other needed items will be ordered and followed up on until received.

The file will be submitted to the lender as soon as we have enough information. You will be contacted at this time.

Follow up with lender to get approval.

Clear the conditions, including updating the borrower’s hazard insurance policy.

Fill out the Fee Sheet and send to broker/loan officer for approval

Schedule the day of closing. The exact time is up to the borrower and Title Company.

Request a copy of the HUD-1 before closing for review. We will forward to broker/loan officer for approval.

After the loan funds we re-stack the file to your requirements and return.
