We are MSM Processing Solutions, Inc, offering contract processing for all types of mortgage loans. We can provide a cost-effective solution for your processing needs. We use Calyx Point or Encompass, whichever you require. We know that cost is an important issue so let’s begin with our price list.

Standard Fee for Processing Includes Conventional, Subprime, and FHA/VA full files	$399
FHA/VA – streamlines (w/o appraisal)	$299
2^nd mortgage/stand-alone	$250
2^nd mortgage/piggy-back	$125

No charge for files that do not close

Broker will pay for all shipping.

Broker will pay for fees such as VOE, Condo/HOA Cert., payoffs, and pay history, incurred in the processing of the file.

Resubmits to a different lender will be $50. Streamline with appraisal add $50.

Most of the time our fee can be on the HUD-1 and paid directly to us by the Title Company at closing.

On loans that our fee is not on the HUD-1 we would like the Title Company to pay us directly from the broker’s proceeds.

If Title Company cannot/will not pay our fee directly to us, the Broker will be responsible.
